Personalized animated stories are custom digital products. This policy explains the starter refund structure for MagicMinuteStory.

Before Checkout

Saving a story brief is free. Payment is only collected when a parent chooses a product package.

If a paid order has not entered production, parents may request cancellation and refund review.

Because the video is personalized for one child, refunds may be limited once production work has started.

If there is a technical delivery issue, contact support so we can resend the file or review the order status.

Small corrections or reasonable personalization updates are reviewed according to the selected product package.
